Stop

The top menu Stop is used to stop the process of plotting or rendering a surface. Normally, this menu is disabled; it is enabled as soon as the rendering begins and disabled again when the process is completed.

When the computer is fast, or the amount of calculations is not huge, the graphing will take place in such a little time that the user does not see the menu enabled.

On the contrary, if the process takes too much time, and you are unsure about the results, press the Stop. However, be aware that in some case the stopping is not immediate because the program reads the keyboard status at the end of some routines. If you press Stop while the program is doing some of those loops, you will not see the stop message at once.

When the stop message appears decide if you want to Abort or Continue.
